6. shares may be issued with or without par value;
7. records and accounts do not have to be held or filled with authorities;
8. there are now restrictions to carry on any legitimated business with the exception of bank, insurance or trust businesses which require a special license,
9. the standard share capital is USD 50,000 or an equivalent in another recognizable currency.
